This policy explains how Elektraset, s.r.o. ("we", "us") handles data for Campaign Status Templates (the "App"), a Salesforce package, and for the website https://campaign-status-templates.apps.elektraset.com (the "Website").

Summary

The App runs completely inside your Salesforce org. It does not send any data out of Salesforce, and it does not call any external service.
We (the publisher) cannot see your org, your campaigns, your campaign members or your templates.
The Website has no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.

Data the App processes inside your org

To do its work, the App reads and changes these records in your Salesforce org, with the permissions of the user who runs it:

Data	Why
Campaigns (Id, Name, Type, Status, Active, Start Date)	To find the template for a campaign and to show campaigns in the console.
Campaign Member Statuses	To add, change, sort and remove the statuses of a campaign.
Campaign Members (Id, Campaign, Status)	To move members from an old status to a new status. The App does not read names, emails or other personal fields of leads or contacts.
Status Template custom metadata records	To store your templates and mappings.
Status Template Log records	To keep an audit log of each change (campaign, template, result, counts, user and time).
Campaign Status Settings custom setting	To store the automation switches.

All of this data stays in your Salesforce org, under your control and under your agreement with Salesforce. You can delete the log records and the templates at any time, and uninstalling the package removes the App's objects and their data.

Data the Website processes

The Website is a set of static pages. The hosting server records technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser user agent) to operate and protect the service. These logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation, and are not used for marketing or profiling. The Website sets no cookies.

Support requests

When you email us at help@elektraset.com, we use your name, email address and the content of your message only to answer you. We keep support emails for as long as needed to handle the request and for up to 24 months after, unless the law requires longer. Never send us personal data of your customers; screenshots of configuration are enough.

Elektraset, s.r.o. is the controller for Website logs and support emails. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website and in answering requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For data inside your Salesforce org, you are the controller; the App is software that you run, and we do not process that data.

We do not sell or share personal data. The Website is hosted by our hosting provider, which processes the access logs on our behalf. Salesforce processes your org data under your agreement with Salesforce.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, and ask for data portability. Write to help@elektraset.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
